  • To ensure company security. Please note that you are being recorded by security cameras. These recordings are used for the safety of prospects, clients, visitors, and suppliers. Data will be retained for 120 calendar days and then deleted. Recordings are stored in a secure, restricted-access area available only to executives, managers, and, when required, competent authorities by court order.

Secondary or ancillary purposes (not necessary but improve service quality):

  • To inform you about new products/services, changes, and promotions;
  • To send general and/or personalized advertising for marketing and statistical purposes;

We also offer PayPal as a payment method via our website. Information provided through PayPal is not considered personal data under this Privacy Notice and is the responsibility of that platform.

The Data Controller does not collect, use, or store personal data of minors or legally incapacitated individuals. If you are a parent or guardian and believe such data has been provided without consent, you may exercise your ARCO rights.

5. SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA

The Data Controller does not collect sensitive personal data, defined as data that may affect the most intimate sphere of the individual or lead to discrimination or serious risk, such as racial origin, health status, genetic information, religious beliefs, political opinions, or sexual preference.
